    -Allow us to talk to npc's well on mounts.
    -Auto dismount when clicking on a harvest type node/animal etc.
    -Jump
    -Rear up emote

    - interact with vendors (I know, "NPC". but, I like to be specific)
    - cast light and other "buffs" on self
    - eat/drink
    - use waist-up only emotes
    - stop shrinking me to fit the mount. they should scale up to fit larger proportions.

    Mounted interaction with NPCs could give you a slight penalty for your convenience (higher prices if purchasing something, lower if selling). The city gates - it is annoying that you have to open them yourself (instead of the guards doing their job) and even more annoying that you have to dismount to do it. Was already driving me nuts with the coconuts.

    yeah its interesting on the shrinking. if we have a scale number assigned to the character that is used for our size than for mount it should have its own scale number. Would just need to know min height and max height and use calculation to determine the curve for the scale so it matches.

    Add playing instruments while mounted and appropriate emotes like thatshawnguy mentioned (wave, goodbye, and maybe some new horse specific emotes - like Xee said 'rearing up')

    and a maybe someday but would be awesome - mounted combat.

    and maybe being able to hold heraldry banners while moving around, or a torch, or other appropriate item.

    Rider should lean slightly when turning and the mounts head should be pulled in that direction.

    When going out of an exit (like an archway) while mounted, we really *should* appear on the overland still mounted. That just comes across as odd and not consistent (but I get why). I would like to at least see that added.

    Game optimization? .. Heh ...:oops:

    Or the ability to change the interface hiding mode. Fine-tuning this mode so that those players with a weak computer can be more useful in a large group.
