[Fixed 68528] Air elemental pet does attack animations but no attacks in log

    Title: Air elemental pet still broken
    Reproduction Rate: See "Details".
    Blocker? No.
    Details: The air elemental appears to cast Discharge as its only attack but discharge only works when it's very close to its target. The air elemental will move away from its target, much farther than the spell range, and then cast discharge, which does nothing. This makes the air elemental the most worthless summoned pet; even less worthwhile than the will-o-wisp. I have bugged this at least three times before. Please fix it.

    1. Title: Summon Air Elemental attacks fail
    2. Reproducible? Yes
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: Pet performs attack animation and makes sound, but no damage is inflicted and nothing appears is in the chat log (no miss/dodge/glancing/etc).
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Command it to attack a training dummy or practice target in Soltown, Ardoris, etc. and it never succeeds. Command it to attack an NPC and it sometimes succeeds, typically if mob happens to be in melee range.

    I also can confirm, that with a Level 81 Air Elemental summons, they do no damage at all to a Large Timber Wolf or Large Grizzly Bear in this scene.

    The combat text has no text saying the Air Elemental is doing anything to the targeted creature.

    No damage or any debuff appears on the creature specifically targeted to be attacked by the Air Elemental.
