    Title: Disable Weather On Low Performance doesn't seem to be working.

    Details: While it was snowing in a POT, I noticed my video settings for Disable Weather On Low Performance was checked, but weather was still showing:

    Steps to Reproduce: Have Disable Weather On Low Performance checked on in Video Options. Observe Snow in a Player Owned Town.

    Can Confirm this. I also think this is intentional as stated in the patch note. Weather effects get removed if the toggle is activated AND if perfomances are low. Check fps and try Dinamic sample resolutions to reduce fps. Weather effects will disappear

    @Gia2 has it: this intended to be something automatic the client does as needed, not something that engages at a specific quality level. to have weather permanently off, it is necessary to set quality level to fastest.
