Crown delivery question?

    How quickly are crowns delivered once paid for? They're not showing up in the rewards icon and not in my inventory.

    On my user account they show up under "add-ons" which means the transaction has been processed.

    I was under the impression they would appear in the game fairly quickly.

    Did you check the treasure chest in upper right corner in game. You know where rewards go.

    I'd double check you haven't purchased them on an alt account as they should be delivered right away. After that I'd contact support@portalarium.com.

    For what it's worth, sometimes it takes a while for that to light up after I log in at the beginning of a month. Usually I get tired of waiting, click on it, then the star appears while it's loading, and I have to close it and open it again.
    Also there's a tab in the web site which shows all purchases/rewards delivered. Crown purchases show under the "Add-Ons" tab. If it's there and doesn't say "claimed in game" then it still hasn't been pulled in yet. And be sure to use the filter function in the rewards window. Crowns show up after containers and some other kinds of items, so they might be hard to see if you have a bunch of library shelves in there.

    Lol how did you know I still had a bunch of library shelves ( err bookcases) in my rewards window? I never placed them since we got them. ;)

    I think walking around in a POT or change scene may load the reward window faster.

    Thanks for the info. It shows that it's been delivered via the website "Add-Ons" but still not in game. I contacted CS yesterday and will give them more time to respond before taking further action.
