    Title: Can no longer place Rough Wooden Lamp Posts
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details: Bought a new house with the sale, upon redecoration found I can not place Rough Wooden Lamp Posts as before.
    Steps to Reproduce: Try to place one, will not. Also can not rotate or resize.

    verified. testing in a house, on a lot on bare ground, and on pot land. red preview does show, but will not turn green anywhere. preview also cannot be rotated, though for me it can be resized.
