Anyone make a Shrine of Attunement yet?

There's a couple places, but I'd bet it's just one or two at most.

 

After I checked the Well of Aldur on QA, I think Sannio may have added some dialogue or other clues regarding the puzzle/mystery of the zone (not sure tho).
I still have not gone into Well of Aldur in the publc server yet...so things may have changed a lot since i was on QA.
For the sealed chamber/door: Using a crystal does open a stone slab/door, revealing a small room with a fragile plaque, a chair, and a desk. I am just guessing, but I think the back of that room is a second door/slab that leads further under the ruins (I suspect the Well Of Aldur is revealed in there), and maybe the fragile plaque puzzle opens the 2nd door?
Anywho, all speculation since the quest/puzzle/mystery seemed to be incomplete when i tested it

Also, I found at least one Easter egg in Well of Aldur (spoiler ahead!)...but, I am sure there are more to find!

 

I think that's more just a real world reference than an Easter egg. The duck/club name bit feels like a bit of a stretch, but who knows.

None of the NPCs had anything to say about the plaques. I didn't find any notes about them, either. Though, I'm probably not as thorough as you are. I'm wondering if they are going to part of episode 2 story content, and so not really meant to do anything yet.

 

Or maybe it's just the door on the plateau all over again.

 

I'm having so-so luck at Well of Aldur. With Sonata and Recovery, it's not too tough, provided you can aggro them one at a time. Slower to kill them, but better drop rate. Plus better XP.

But other loot is gross. Typical Shroud, the t5 mobs drop better than these t14 jerks.

 

Other than the uncommon and rare Suutak's Bluster, the T5 air elementals drop the exact same loot.

Did you find the secret spot that turns off the focus drain?

 

Is that how it works? I just avoided that area and went to the next area, and camped on the floating platform between there and the wyvern battle. Also, supposedly uncommons and rares can drop In Aldur, so in theory you could get lucky and save yourself a lot of farming.

 

I only need 5 more common Suutak's Blusters.

 

Get four more, then got to Aldur. 99.986% chance you'll get a rare on the first kill.

I gave up when I remembered Envy Angel is back. I can always get the air shrine later.

BTW, I think the shrines look really good.

 

Some non-functioning deco versions that only require a single common orb would be cool.

Though, you could get confused trying to find one that actually gave a buff if people started dropping them on their lots. Maybe a single deco version with a clearly-distinct-from-the-others orb effect.

How long did you need for the 6 drops?
I did stay 2+ hrs (dont remember exactly for how long) at the statue with the elemental waves, I got > 140 rare elemental sand, 4 Gaias hearts and only 1 Suutak's Blusters
I do not really want to do another 30+ hrs farming elementals..... (Well of Aldur is too difficult for me to solo)

 

I suppose, but I was thinking full size for cool dungeon deco.

 

Yeah, things like this are definitely revealing the "preferences" the devs have had in the past when adding mobs to a scene. It's cool the drop has been added, but it'd be nice if the mobs were in more than three or four scenes...

 

i have the recipes for life and earth....just getting all the components is the issue for me. Cant find a good concentration of air elementals that i can handle.
