Massive Crocodile and Ferocious Timber Wolf don't drop Pristine Head Version of these

Currently in Tanglemire, you cant find a Pristine Massive Crocodile Head or a Pristine Ferocious Timber Wolf Head.

These 2 pristine specific types are either not yet created or the creatures in here are set up wrong? Or this is how this system works?

You can however find the Pristine Large Crocodile Head from the Crocodiles, and the Pristine Elder Timber Wolf Head from the Ferocious Timber Wolf.

I don't know if this is a bug, or this is just how it is?

Just would be nice to have these actual specific pristine head types available.

@Anpu I got a few pristine crocodile heads from Legendary Crocodiles in Tanglemire or Massive Crocodiles.

Correct. But you didn’t find a Pristine Legendary Crocodile Head or a Pristine Massive Crocodile Head.

All around the rock formation with the waterfall and the pool off to the side. Six possible spawn locations I can think of off the top of my head.

 

I thought those were just the massive variety.

 

It can appear there sometimes. Or you have to kill the mobs and it might appear? No idea. But I occasionally see it there doing the daily Nibbled Bone quest.

 

I've seen the legendary before killing any massive crocs. Also, pretty sure I've gotten Pristine heads from the massive crocs in Tanglemire.

Then again perhaps not - at least not "Massive". looks like killing a massive croc makes its head shrink

Can you show me a picture of a Crocodile head that is specifically named Pristine Legendary Crocodile Head. I would like to see that picture.

 

I went there yesterday and got a legendary crocodile to spawn. No pristine head though.

 

I've only ever gotten "large" pristine heads from the crocs there.

 

I would have to actually get a Pristine head to do that and I've only killed one Legendary because ... well ... they are tough and not worth the effort.

 

I've killed/skinned 91 Legendary crocs and 1839 Massive crocs in Tanglemire over the past year, and there are NO Pristine Legendary croc heads.

Not only that, but there are NO Massive croc heads.

What they drop are "Pristine Large Crocodile heads".

There are many creatures that are either not represented, or "misrepresented" in terms of mounting.
