[As Designed] Unable to place Ceiling Green Paper Lantern String Lights - in some locations

    Title: Unable to place Ceiling Green Paper Lantern String Lights - in some locations

    - I first tried to place the string lights in a crafted Shogun Crafting Pavilion, but they would not go (even if they were not resized)

    I was thrilled to see that we could re-size them all the way down to 50%!!!! (Thank you for that!) So I next tried them on a crafted Shogun Bungalow:

    Finally, I tried them on a Lord Founder Houseboat. And they worked!! At least, in that one spot they worked.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    - Not entirely certain
    - Perhaps the 'secret sauce' was that the other two places I tried to place them were crafted?? And the Shogun Bungalow was probably just too small. But I really thought they would/should go in the crafted pavilion.

    not a bug, but they are more limited than you'd think. the crafted pavilion does not have a flat roof. you need a flat surface tagged for ceiling deco, so non-flat doesn't qualify and small edges like the shogun bungalow are probably not set up as deco surfaces.
