Deed upgrade options and prices (No discount and price as of 9 Jan 2022)

Is there a chance to add an upgrade option so I can upgrade my POT water town to a POT city? Or a POT water village to POT town? Currently there appears to be no way of doing it. You either choose tax free or an upgrade to POT water city. Also I can’t upgrade (or is it a downgrade) my city deed to a POT keep

 

Note: Pot town village lot deed from oracle quest to pot town town lot deed is 9600 as well which it doesn't show in list above maybe added after?

 

I think they have reduced the price of certain upgrade last year, so the options may change. I lost my offline save file after an OS upgrade. It may take times for me to update them again.

Updated the option list today. It looks like there are more upgrade options for lower tier deed.

Oracle deeds are still outdated and pending for update.

 

Some recent work from Wizardsmoke allowed for more possible items to show at a time, but there were still limits on how many would show from a single upgrade channel. There are 5 upgrade channels, so if there are 3 in the limit for each channel or thereabouts, and no other channels had an option for that deed, it would show only a max of 3 from the single channel that was allowable. I have a lot of partially completed deed work that should help make it seem more simple and linear. RF deeds will always be on their own singular channel of course, but the others can simple go in sequence. I'll try to get that finished soon. It's confusing crap and shouldn't be. More deed types are coming as well. We have a major hole with PA Taxed Water deeds which will be filled at some point.
