    I guess it's been too long not playing. I bought crowns on the games website and can't remember how to claim them in-game now. Can anyone help me please?

    they'll show in your reward box in the upper right, but i've heard some people say delivery has been slow

    And if you don't see them in the rewards window, please put in a ticket at support@portalarium.com so we can peek at the transaction history and delivery status as well :)

    There used to be a tic box under "interface" that can show/hide the upper right tool bar...

    and you will need to have the "Gold Crowns" in you backpack when purchasing, the icon next to rewards is for that...
