Add the ability to split a deed into smaller deeds

    The path to upgrading a land deed is pretty solid in-game, but if you upgrade and find that the smaller parcel was better or more efficient or would better fit your needs, it I s a pain to find someone to trade down with.

    Please add an option on the right click of a deed to split it into two of the next size down. City becomes 2 town, town becomes two village, ...

    a larger deed can be used to claim a smaller sized lot. I guess I don't see the issue.

    because if you find that you went to City and you find that you prefer town, you could have TWO properties versus one?

    Would be nice to get option to combine smaller deeds into larger ones as well.

    I think that player trade is 'good enough' solution, though it takes quite some time to find someone willing to make the match the other way you need.
