    Last night I was making some halberds

    With the recent changes If I failed once I could not make a 3 enchant and 3 masterwork halberd. If i did make a 3 and 3 which I did once it had 10 durability left and a 2 and 2 with two failures was at 30 durability. I believe the two handed weapons need a little more durability maybe 50 would do the trick...

    I did gloves and boots and helms again also they worked really well I even had extra durability to try for a fourth enchant and actually got one on a decent piece of equipment.

    It would be nice if higher crafting skill levels could have the effect of reducing durability losses.

    @Cora Cuz'avich
    They could make another skill that has the effect of reducing durability loss, I would invest in that

    Either way. But I suspect we'd never get the ability to really impact it by a lot, so I think it would be better to just make it a side effect of your base Masterwork or Enchant skill. Sinking 50 million xp into a new skill to get the durability losses reduced by maybe 4-5 points would be hard to swallow, but as a perk for putting a lot of xp into the Masterwork skill (which not only requires a lot of xp past 100, but a crap ton of ingots) it'd be a little less imposing.
