[Fixed 68843] Repairing Faerie Belt requires Ancient Essence

    Title: Repairing Faerie Belt requires Ancient Essence

    Details: My faerie belt had 22/100 dura, and I couldn't figure out how to repair it. Eventually I discovered that dragging a tailoring repair kit to it said it needed Ancient Essence. Apparently it is flagged as an artifact. Applying one essence brought it up to 42/100. Apparently now it doesn't take any damage, and mine may have been damaged before it was fixed to not take damage, but it's a store item and shouldn't have needed essence to repair it? It's kind of questionable whether it's worth fixing unless it's just changing a check box or two, but I figured I should report it just in case.

    Nubby's faerie belt has always taken damage, wouldn't mind so much if he didn't suddenly turn into a giant goblin in middle of a fight if I forgot to use essence on it.

    @Elwyn, i see this belt mentioned in the patch notes but not for changing what repairs it. does it still need essence?
