Journal - How to remove it from UI

    How can I remove the journal listings from the player UI, it is very obtrusive in battle. I have tried clicking each entry and removing them but they show back up when I relog.

    Completing the quest in the journal will remove them (they are supposed to as long as you do actually complete a quest correctly). That’s the only current way to permanently remove them.

    So its not a bug that they come back each time I re-log?

    Assuming you're talking about the task list that is under your health bars and not the actual journal (looks like an open book), you can create a keyboard shortcut to hide/show them.

    Options > Controls > Toggle Task List (nearly all the way at the bottom of the list)

    The game does not remember your window states, ie positions and size. It drives me mad all the time that every time I log on I have to re-arrange everything how I want it. Such a dumb system we have.
