[Fixed 68509] Drumplemouth's missing help keyword - Blood River Outskirts

    Title: Drumplemouth's missing help keyword - Blood River Outskirts

    Details: After receiving The Vigilante Brief Task and Journal Entry from Alberic, the player has 2 options to enter the Vigilante camp (sneak into the camp or learn the password from Marcus) and then speak to Drumplemouth to the next step of the quest. If the player sneaks into the camp and speaks to Drumplemouth, no help keyword will be present:

    I believe what is happening is Drumplemouth's help keyword isn't getting activated when the player receives The Vigilante Brief Task and Journal Entry from Alberic. It should be activated at this specific step, because the player then needs to do either of the 2 ways into the camp, and speak to Drumplemouth and then help him to continue to the next stage of the Blood River Outskirts main quest.

    Steps to Reproduce: With a quest reset, advance the Blood River Outskirts main quest by receiving The Vigilante Brief Task and Journal Entry. Go to the East side of the camp and jump into the camp and speak to Drumplemouth. Observe no help keyword is present when speaking to him.
