    Title: Cannot gem socket an Epic Ringmaster's Vest (legacy)

    Details: I spent a month harvesting boars and making an Epic Ringmaster's Vest before R89. I want to socket a sorcery gem onto it and I cannot. I could socket a new version common of the Ringmaster Vest. Just not my Epic (legacy). No legacy tag appears on ,y epic vest but it also does not recognize it as socketable.
    Steps to Reproduce: Put materials in Alchemist table and the craft button does not

    If it makes it easier @Elgarion just give me two legendary ringmaster vests (new) + 6 essences and I will combine them together again then add the sorcery gem.

    It's worth fixing for sure. Someone might be using those old ones too still, especially the epics. Fixed, CL 210909.

    Does this have to be Epic to verify? I was able to socket a common in 1384.
    I can also ask Greagoir PEndragon whether he has socketed his yet?

    Spoke to Greagoir Pendragon. He has not tried to socket the epic, and does not intend to at this time. I do not have two Legendaries to test this...

    Tested on Offline Mode with an Epic and an Epic (L) and was able to socket a gem on both.
