Myrkur - Only PvP - My vision.

    Time for PvP

    Time to PvP Content.
    We have good location to PvP:
    - Myrkur(normal/extrem);

    Need add/rework location for PvP content with good rewards, how it's work? Simple.

    1 Myrkur(normal).

    We have location Myrkur, he have 2 mode: Normal and Extrem.
    In normal Murkur we can kill 5 dragon and so much ghost scorpion. It's good locations and not need rework/nerf. Good loot, good Exp for PVE Player, but.. We need change this location to PvP, for good Economic game.
    Example? Okay.

    Myrkur for 1h farm we have next loot(dragon room with scorpions):
    - 50-100 Ancient Essence - it's good, I think next path add more craft items, where need Ancient Essence.
    - Dragon bone and etc;
    - 2-5 Dragon Eggs
    - Focus Battareya common - 25-30;

    If rework Lich/Skeleton/Zombie/Ghost/Elf loot, we get very good High-LvL Content for Group player.
    Now, good area to farm - Dragon Room Only - @Chris I think we need more Good Testers to test High-LvL content.
    Only 1 area to good farm - it's bad. We need rework LootTable. Myrkur good location.

    And now, why Myrkur - PvP Zone? - Simple.
    PVE player all time can farm Myrkur(dragon room it's time).
    For 1h 10 player in private mode:
    - 500-1000 Ancient Essence;
    - more Dragon bone and etc;
    - 20-50 Dragon Eggs;
    - 250-300 Focus Battreya common;

    It's 10 player, we have more player, more player, more loot - bad economic.

    Player can farm Myrkur in Private/Open - it's good for PVE - and bad for Economic game and PvP Player(where Enemy :D )

    I think need rework Myrkur and we have 2 path:
    - Add PvP Myrkur with good Loot Table;
    - Rework Myrkur to PvP.

    Rework next Enemy for PVE/PVP Mode:

    1 Skelet Archer add new items:

    - ArchetypeWeapon_2H_CrossbowOfAccuracy.asset - chanse drop 0,1%(need kill 10 skeleton to have 1 bow_accury_common)
    - Yellow_bundle - chanse drop 0,15%;
    - Gold 200-250 - if 5 player farm room with Skeleton Archer, 40-50 gold to each person.
    - Ring of Death - chance 0,05%;

    It's motivation good pvp and new player who wanna PvP Content - farm Myrkur PvP.

    Yeah, I know, need more information, test drop and calculate how good drop/exp affect world economic.
    Yes, but need more time and test :)) I just described my vision.

    We need good pvp location with good reward.

    All time PVE player farm-farm-farm in private mode, economic game just - die :) It's my vision.

    PVE - Equip;
    PvP - Fun.

    We have Equip - But not have fun :D

    In Lineage 2 all location - Open PvP - it's hardcore, all time Clan vs Clan, Alliance vs Alliance, Party vs Party, for good Location, for good Item's, for Good Boss.

    Need rly rework Drop List and Add new good Art's for PvP location :))

    It's a great idea, in general, all high-end content should be left only in pvp zones.

    Some of the "Old Guardians" have told me that there are almost no PvP players and few people want PvP content.
    Is this real?

    When you are in game, click the window selector at the top right of your screen and click on leaderboard. There you can see many people are still doing PvP.

    I don’t know if that qualifies as “almost no PvP” or not.

    What you think about High-End content(High-Location) only PvP mode(or add PvP mode, example Tartarus PvP and x2 drop chance/exp)?

    Are these numbers real? You can get 50-100 ancient essences an hour? That's crazy. Doubt its an area many could solo though. Probably fire mages. I've never been past the gate even in Despair so not sure exactly where you are talking about.

    If there is an area like that and you try switching it to PVP there will be a revolt. Most of us are fine with pvp being in game and getting development time, ect as long as it is purely optional, but if you take a pve option away and give it only to pvp you are gonna step on some toes. If you do a copy and make it PVP I'm ok with that, while they are at it I want a PVE version of grundvall shardfall. :p

    I"m not sure adding more pvp locations is your answer though, there is already a limited pvp player population and adding more zones spreads it out more. Setting different skill level caps to some of the existing zones might get new players to try pvp though there are a lot of us who will never participate no matter what you do. And maybe some of those zones need a loot boost, that I don't know cause I've never been there.

    Yes, it's real number drop.
    Yes, more player private and open mode farm Myrkur in part(Tank, 1 bard+heal, 2-3 archer and ez 5 Dragon + scorpions).

    I think it's good if we have chose:
    - PVE location - with standart drop rate.
    - PvP mode for PVE location - with x1.5/x2 drop rate/exp rate.

    It's good motivation to try PvP group vs group :))

    Lineage 2 - all time PvP for good location to farm.

    The problem with PVP in SotA is that's super unbalanced and totally chaotic. Many times you'll need to check combat logs to try and figure what did kill you.
    The chaotic part of PVP comes through Blink and obviously the Chaos Magic Tree.
    These two aspects make it 100% not friendly to get started.

    It's so sadly, but player with money not need PvP and Group Mechanics :)

    @SeyuNanatus I like they way you are thinking here

    Would love to see that on live for certain areas like Myrkur.
    Hell, why not make a new extreme version of more older areas and make that pvp!

    I would love myself a extreme version of say; Ruined Keep/The Rise etc in exteme mode (require more groupplay in theori) and have more group pvp

    Need more post/comment/like community Sota, and I think @Chris and any developer game mb add new location, or rework location Rise/Myrkur/Despair/Ruined Keep -> for group PVP farm with good reward.

    And best Idea - Scaling reward and counts monster depending on the number of players

    And yes, Chaos and OneShoot Mechanics mb use PvP status Skill's Tag.

    Simple Example:
    If(AttackEnemy == Enemy.Player)
    {
    // todo Calculate damage player 50% power
    }
    If(AttackEnemy == Enemy.NPC)
    {
    // todo Calcucalte Damage 100% power
    }

    And we have chance make good TTK(Time to Kill).
