    Title: Name and health bars flash huge
    Reproduction Rate: intermittent, not sure how to reproduce
    Blocker? no
    Details: the health bars and names of players in my party intermittently flash very large (lasts less than a second), but it happened 40 or 50 times when i was playing. managed to get a snapshot of one of the flashes, the health bar looms gargantuan in the sky.
    Steps to Reproduce: ?
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 32708

    Yep, something similar happened today. See pics below.
    The health bar was not as big as before, but still large and did not appear to be associated with a creature that i could identify. I had one other person in my party, but it did not seem to be a "ghostly replica" of his health bar (see pic below in which were were both visible in the pic). In some cases it looked like it is a duplicate of my health bar (2nd, 3rd, & 4th pics), but in other cases it did not look like my health bar (first pic). It occurred often but i could not pin down what caused it.

    Also, my party member kept disappearing (which I think is related to party members disappearing on the elevator), but he seemed to disappear away from the elevator too. Maybe these two issues are related?

    oh, I forgot to mention. I've been in the panopticon many times playing solo and did not see this phantom health bar, I only saw it when in a party.
