Disable Chat window : "muted" icon show on players with the feature enabled

    @DavidDC Any chance we can get a 'muted' icon that will show next to players nameplates if they have their chat window disabled? This way people don't try to talk to them, etc?

    Something like, but cleaner/nicer than say:
