Ring Necklaces Belts recources & Bonuses from Blacksmithing

I am wondering about the following:

Rings and Necklaces need 5 Ingots to craft

Heavy Belts just 2 Bindings (so 1 Ingot) ...

Why need Rings and Necklace so many Recources more then Belts?

and

Rings and Necklaces get from Meteoric Iron 4 strenght and 2 Dex Bonuses and
from Bronce 4 Dex and 2 Strengh Bonus

but Heavy Belts get also 4 Str and 2 Dex from Meteoric Iron BUT 6 Strengh from Bronce

Why the diferent Bonuses between Bronce Rings and Belts?

Craftable belts were designed so each type would raise a different stat. Cloth raises INT. Leather raises DEX. Metal raises STR. All metal belts raise STR by 6 regardless of metal used and some metals give a secondary bonus.
