[Verified] Double size cursor pixelated and slight lag

    Title: Double size cursor pixelated and slight lag
    Reproduction Rate:100%
    Blocker? No
    Details:The double cursor appears pixelated enough to a point where it is noticeable. There is a slight lag that is hard to notice along with it. Maybe caused by the pixelation?
    Steps to Reproduce:Enable double cursor
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3750H with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx (8) System RAM: 16191
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 GPU RAM: 5980

    Verified - I did not experience any lag, however the mouse cursor appears blocky and irregular

    Mouse cursor was transparent in those video which make me think it was before the patch.
    Is it better now?
