Frost Giant

I was in a solid PUG and we had it down 600k or so. We kept attacking and suddenly it healed back up to full health. We had plenty of good DOTs on it. Anyone else had this happen or was this a bug of some sort?

Did it look like it leashed, and how quickly did it heal? Applying gust will heal him up pretty quickly, and letting healing modifiers fall out (need -130% healing before his regen is 0) will see some very fast regen as well.

 

It seems like it healed back in less than 30 secs but I wasn't timing it or anything.

 

Using Gust seems to cause mobs to forget about you and go out of combat mode for a moment. Really an uncool side effect.

 

Ah, over that timeframe it might have just been his normal regen. Maybe someone ran out of Festering Death poison or something?

 

Thanks Coswald, certainly possible. You would have to carry hundreds of them for that fight.
