Offline Founder/Bene Homes

I have read old posts that you can purchase founder/bene/tele items in offline mode. Is there a specific vendor that sells them? I'm trying to find founder/bene homes in offline mode.

 

I don't know about homes, but there's some benefactor items on random weapon/armor vendors in offline. You can also claim any rewards that you've purchased and you can buy homes and land deeds all the way up to keep from estate vendors that are on the 2nd floor of banks in a lot of places. You also have access to anything in the crown store in offline.
