    I believe a while back, this skill was changed, but the tooltip text was never updated to state what it currently is supposed to do.

    Steps to Reproduce: Observe Earth's Embrace in the skills window.

    The tooltip description for Earth's Embrace no longer indicates a movement speed penalty exists, and a new duration bonus for Earth specialized casters has been added to the spell's effects and description.

    "Increases damage resistance. Earth specialization increases the duration."
