[Fix Needs Testing 69763] Tenebris Harbor Simple Chair

    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? Yes and No
    Details: There is a Simple Chair laying on it's side in Tenebri Harbor that can be interacted with. (See Screenshots). After your character get up from the chair about 80% of the time you will pushed under ground. I was able to get out once using Blink to get around a corner but the several other times I tried I got stuck in the side of a hill and had to /stuck to get out.
    Steps to Reproduce: Go to location in the bug report and use the Simple Chair.
