    verified. was able to move it in stinging tree hollow, so it's not the fact that it's a pot. might be a steward thing?

    edit: was able to move it in the other pot i steward, but not in jade valley where i have no permissions. was able to move it in alynne's rest, but have no permissions there. so, not steward. is it town size?

    Nothing from the game should affect the health bar movement. Must be an error or something, ill check it out.
