Need a list of specific POT’s

Hello! I am working on something, but I first need a list of very specific POT’s. What I am looking for are POT’s that most all the row lots are free to claim at anytime, no restrictions.

Basicity, if a new player starts to play our game, and then finishes one of the outskirts and gets the one time per account free row lot deed, they can then run straight to the town and immediately claim a lot and start having fun setting up their house.

If you have such a POT set up that way, please let me know the name of your town and where it’s located by. Offhand I know Outlander Welcome Center and Jade Gardens are set up and specifically state that in the town. But I want a bigger list of all of them.

Crossroads. The row lots are kind of a market area. But, no restriction.
Crossroads Alleys. The rows are a market area with a vendor restriction. However, I rarely evict anyone and I'm more than happy to work with anyone until they get one setup. There are also row lots by the river that have no restrictions at all.

 

All lots in Mystic Isle are free for the taking. No requirements, no restrictions.

 

Rampage Island is open and welcomes anyone.

 

Dara Brae, two towns down from the Mistrendur Galleon entrance.
We have row and village lots available to claim for free. Go to the green sign and select "Main Docks" and run up the hill by the dungeon teleporters. Free available lots.

Has teleputers on the main beach to the Time Tunnel HUB! That lets you teleport anywhere.

 

Wizards Rest, located just above Owlshead on the big island of Hidden Vale... Specifically designed for new players and inhabited by active helpful friends

B'azaar of the B'izarre - Has a teleporter from Soltown set up (but location is the island right next to the main boat from Mistrendur). The center of the town has 12 town teleporters to various other communities. I will be adding more teleporters as time goes on. If anyone wants a spot anywhere out of what's set up, feel free to ask.

 

Silverdale Market - all open but there is town rules which could limit some from building what they want. must fit in fantasy setting, the other rules are for vendors only. so new people could still have a place if there is a spot open.

 

Arlia - is open for everyone, with many row and village lots to claim for free. Located between Central Brittany and Nightshade Pass, close to where that portal to Lost Vale is located.

 

Veritas Sanctuary usually has open row lots that are free to claim. No restrictions on houses or vendors. Has all the devotionals and shrines. It's located right next to Blood River and south of Blood River Outskirts.
