[Fixed 70486] Crier option 'lost my mail' bug

1. Title: 'lost my mail' bug
2. Reproducible - it is reproducible - (described on in details)
3. Blocker - yes; locks you in conversation with the crier. You have to shutdown game to break convo.
4. Details: - approach town crier - once conversation starts, if you chose 'i lost my mail' (with having deleted the item that a crier will give you from a previous conversation for mail delivery quest) it will bug out with several exceptions and fail to release conversation. The convo will start over and over again. you will see the convo box move away and return.
5. Steps to Reproduce: start conversation with crier and chose 'i lost my mail' WITHOUT ever deleting the item a crier has given up prior to starting the present conversation. (this the reproduction method; 100%) Whether or not you have the quest item in inventory, it will bug out and force the blocker.
6. User Specs: (RAM, CPU, GPU and Operating System only)8G - AMD Ryzen 5 3600 - Radeon - Win10

 

Further information: This will only happen to Town Crier NPC's that give the Mail Delivery quest. They are the only ones that have the I lost my mail keyword.

Specific sequence tested: I do not have a mail delivery quest active. I do not have a mail delivery package quest item in my inventory. Click the lost mail keyword. The above error will spam indefinitely.

Title: "I lost my mail" makes the NPC chat window unable to go away

Steps to Reproduce: Go to a town crier, select "I lost my mail". if that doesn't cause the lockup, doing it a second time should. (I submitted this because a new player on a stream was encountering it... the quest chat system encourages players to click on every chat option until they all go gray!)
