    In honor of being one of the towns Selected to Host the Lava Portion of the Catnip Monthly Fishing Contest...

    Merchants of Crossroads (Shawn) will be Host the Following Fishing Contest in Crossroads Alleys during July 2022.

    1st Place (Largest Lava Fish)-

    2500 COTOs, Lava Fishing Pool, Unique Golden Trophy Fishing Ring, Lava Fishing Champion Cloak, 125 Heavy Gemmed Lures.

    2nd Place (2nd Biggest Lava Fish)-

    1000 COTO’s, Fresh Water Fishing Dungeon Room, Unique Silver Trophy Fishing Ring, 75 HEavy Gemmed Lures.

    3rd Place (3rd Largest Lava Fish)-

    500 COTO’s, Fetid Fishing Dungeon Room, Unique Bronze Trophy Fishing Ring, 50 HEavy Gemmed Lures.

    Largest Fresh Water Fish – 1000 COTOs, Fishing Champion Cloak

    Largest Fetid Water Fish – 1000 COTO’s, Fishing Champion Cloak

    Largest Saltwater Fish – 1000 COTO’s, Fishing Champion Cloak


    *All Fish can be caught anywhere in Crossroads Alleys. This includes all Fresh and Fetid dungeons, Salt water Rivers and Lava Pools in Town.

    *Each Player Can only Win in one Category!

    A Unique Trophy Fish plaque to all participants who submit a Trophy Fish of each fish type. (1 lava, 1 salt, 1 fresh, 1 fetid)

    This contest starts and stops at Midnight Central U.S. time in the evening on each month's Release Day. To help with times, use the chat command /time and look in your Misc chat channel category.​

    As Winston noted, he is discontinuing this contest effort, we have outlined procedures for players to obtain trophies for player run contests here.

    Ad hoc Dev run contests and events will still be run (watch for announcements on the forums, in Discord or during Official Twitch Streams ), where prizes, Trophies and/or Titles can be awarded.
