House placed on Sept 16th missing lot reverted to old spot,

I had a row spot in Arlia where I started this bug. Some time before Sept 16 I moved it to here

On Sept 16th I picked up all deco and changed house from 2 story storefront to 4 story greenhouse storefront. Did a couple hours of new deco.

Now back at the old position the house reverted back to the 2 story storefront but all the deco is still there. 3rd and 4th floor all hanging out above the roof.

On the latest QA everything reverted to before I moved. I put stuff in property manager and moved again. Picked up all deco and changed house and deco'd it a little everything went well. There was one no trade item on lot owned by one of my alts. Logged in with that and saw it in bank. No issues I could see.
