Map?

is in some parts obsolete and misses several player-owned-towns.

When trying to set Edit to On it tells me that I can add markers for me, but not edit the map itself.

Who can edit the map and bring it up to date?

 

I thought this map was no longer supported? All of Mistrendur, with many a town upon it, also is missing.

 

It’s an old system that has some useful information but is no longer up to date.

 

It's a common good practice to not keep info that is not up to date available for whoever, especially clients.
If there's no upkeep to the map, it should be simply put down.

It's better to have nothing than wrong info.

 

I've used the official map many times and found it helpful even if not 100% accurate. I'm not conducting high-precision technical work based on it so 95% accurate is much better than no information for me. Might be a good idea to stick a banner on it clarifying it is an "ancient map" which doesn't reflect the current state of Novia, but it absolutely doesn't need to be removed.

 

yeah I still use the old interactive map alot myself to find npc places and more static things. just because of the search feature of the map which is the best part imo.
