Testing garbage cans (or bins - please be consistent )

According to the latest testing directive,

I should be able to place a Garbage Can on my LOT.
I can not.
I am able to place one in my house.

Also, please decide if these are to be called Garbage Cans - or - Garbage Bins, and stick to it.
It's confusing to have you call the same item by different names.
See pic below for example:

 

Trash cans, trash bins, offal containers, offal dumps... Couldn´t that be names of variants of Garbage cans with different looks?

And think about the job opportunities - if enough avatars and NPC´s skip INT in favour of STR or DEX then there will be a huge demand for iron hooks and other hand prosthetics which will enhance the trade of the blacksmiths.

More feedback on Garbage cans:

1. When you try to trash a quest item, you get the confirmation message, but if you confirm that you want to delete the item, there is no message stating you cannot delete a quest item. In contrast, when you try to trash an item locked in the inventory: if you confirm that you want to delete it, then a message pops up that you cannot delete items locked in the inventory. To be consistent and clear, i think there should also be a message stating that you cannot trash quest items.
2. As noted in the initial post, I cannot place the trash can on the ground in some areas of my lot (although there are some areas close to the house structure where the bin can be placed). The locations where the bin cannot be placed seem to be in the area near the lot border (an area within about 4 avatar-steps from the border ).
3. The bin now properly scales (thanks!)

 

Just saw this and it could be an interesting way to avoid littering using trash cans...
