After some testing offline, I have determined the following:
    • There is no enchant/masterwork proficiency, so jewelry adds directly to the skill
    • 200 is the absolute maximum
    • There's no reason to raise your base enchant or masterwork skills beyond 170 as you will already be maxed out with jewelry.
Here is the maximum possible enchant/masterwork progression:
    1. 100%
    2. 100%
    3. 60%
    4. 20%
    5. 10%
There's no enchanting or masterworking beyond 5 (I checked).

It's pretty easy offline. I only made one bow.

[edit] Actually, I shouldn't say that it's easy, just possible.

So I'm closer to the hard cap than I thought.
Very good info, thanks for that.

I've gotten pretty good at quickly making 5/5 stuff in offline mode. Gotta do them in the right order too!

This was my latest melee set:

Yeah, gotta go for the major stuff first or you'll be chasing that for hours on end.

    Check out my quiver.

I would of thought the opposite, gotta go for the major last so it gets the highest potential stat!

Yep, you get an extra .1 stat per bonus if you go small to big.

The way I craft items in offline mode is to keep an empty backpack for the item I'm crafting. Each time I get the bonus that I'm looking for, I put the item into the empty backpack, save, and exit. Then the item can be easily found and duped by searching the backpack's ID in the text file. Takes about 10 minutes to complete an item this way.

I think you could probably just create the items entirely in the text file if you already had all the information, but that would be cheating.

My method is to save the game and then do an enchant/masterwork. If I get what I want then save the game and try for the next one. If it fails or I don't get what I want then load the save-game and try again. I ultimately get exactly what I want but if I go for the more rare enhancements while also trying to hit that 10% success then it could take all day.
