Has anyone else noticed a change in the drop rate for tank fish? Curious if this was adjusted and we haven't been told about it. Darn Angelfish is being very allusive. I went to check the API but they have been removed from the API
Yes I saw that but theres been none in the past 6 days (I changed the number in the URL) so I think they have been removed from the API. I checked Clownfish too which is the most popular.
I fished for a total of about eight hours so far and got nothing. Spending my gaming time fishing is not my idea of fun.
I fished for 4 hours yesterday: 2 hours in fresh and 2 hours in salt. Nothing in fresh, which surprised me, because earlier I got an average of 1 deco fish per hour in fresh. 5 damselfish in salt, which surprised me also; not because of the amount of deco fish but because of the the lack of diversity.
Yes - now set it to the last one day, and you might notice no types of aquarium fish have been caught at all... none, not even the 'commonest' of the deco fish. There were certainly still a lot of people fishing the last day or two, it seems unlikely that nobody caught ANY deco fish - it looks to me like they have been removed from the api results, no idea why though.
I have been fishing in Fresh for the Angelfish for about 6 hours today, usually would get a few Goldfish by now - absolutely nothing.
I donĀ“t spend my gaming time fishing. I spend my fishing time fishing... I did catch a clownsfish, Angelfisch and several Damselfishes simply from fishing in places where I would have been fishing anyway due to participation in one of the fishing contests.
There does seem to be a steep drop off. https://sotagraphs.com/d/mYpbFdf4z/fish-tank-fish?orgId=2&from=now-30d&to=now
In about an hour and a half of active fishing landed me a blue tang, a damselfish and three clownfish.
Alas! The Deco fish have learned that they are being preyed upon by the Outlanders and have taken evasive action! Being a much desired and sometimes rare object of Outlander affection, they have discovered a way to hide from the API's radar. Good hunting, and happy fishing!
Does that translate into English as 'we decided to hide their data from the api', and if so why do it in secret and not explain the reasons?
Could you comment on if the locations of where to get the fish has changed? Because all that was already visible in the API so hiding it now is pointless.
Water types are unchanged: Fresh: Goldfish and Angelfish Fetid: Damselfish Salt: Damselfish, Clownfish, Blue Tang, Royal Gramma, Yellow Tang, Longfin Bannerfish Locations I think are unchanged as well, but I think not all locations for the rarest have been discovered yet.
