    Title: Scalps for the vigilantes and Get Evidence in Camp seem bugged
    Reproduction Rate: Stuck quest line,m cant advance.

    Details: I looted 3 reg scalps and 3 fake scalps and now phineas doesnt open a trade window to accept the fake scalps even after i destroyed the real ones. Stuck on the quest, he has the blue sparkles but nothing and ive exhausted his chat dialogue.

    Hearing reports in universe chat that this has not been fixed as of 1655. The scalps that were already in inventories have become "unknown items" that can't be turned in, and that "unknown items" are being given from the elves instead of scalps. Will try to get someone to post here that's experienced it firsthand.

    I accidentally broke this and some other quest items last week, but a fix has been submitted that I think must not yet be on the Live server. You might need to wait a day or so before this works properly again.

    EDIT: I'm told that the fix is actually on Live but something else broke. We're looking into it.

    Details:
    I got the quest to collect evidence for Alberic. I found vigilante Marcus who told to go to the vigilante camp.
    I went there and the leader Phineas gave me quest to bring in elf scalps. I went to elf camp to talk to Alberic to tell about the scalp quest and he had the idea of making fake scalps. I collected 3 scalps from bodies of corrupted elves and after that 3 fake ones from Valinia in elf camp.
    I went back to vigilante camp leader Phineas and tried to give scalps to him. (I tried to click on the "elf scalp" phrase and to write "give scalps" and "give" and "collected": The trade window didn't open) Now I wrote on universal channel about the problem. I was told that there was a new patch. It seems I missed it due to being for long online.
    I restarted game and patched it. After that I logged in and the found scalps and fake scalps where gone and instead there was two heaps of 3 of Unknown Items. (Weigh of 0,3 and value of 3) I couldn't delete them. I heard someone told they didn't take space in bank. I tried to ask for more fake scalps from Valinia for two times and I got each time one more Unknown Item heap of 3. I couldn't find scalps from Corrupted Elves.
    I have 4 heaps of undeletable 3 portions of Unknown Items and can't go on the quest about bringing scalps to leader Phineas.

    I'm also stuck on this quest, asking Valinia for the scalps never adds them to my inventory and each time I visit her she asks if I've lost them, says here's more but still nothing! Hope you can fix soon!

    This is still not fixed as of today, May 27 2023 post R114. It kills this entire quest line...

    Same, Viliana won't give you the scalps and Corrupted Elfs won't drop the scalps. This seems slightly different then the original bug, but the issue is the same, no scalps, dead quest line.,

    Have people tried killing the Obsidian Elves and just getting scalps from them instead? Just fyi if you weren’t aware of that.

    @Jaxsin , I need more information to understand what the current issue is.

    To help me look into this, could you you answer these questions, please?
    1. What is the title of the active task you have that relates to elf scalps?
    2. Do you have any elf scalps in your inventory?
    3. Do you ave any fake elf scalps in your inventory?
    4. Do you have any "unknown items" in your inventory?
    5. What exactly does Valinia say when you say "hello" to her?
    6. What exactly does Valinia say when you say "help" to her?
    7. What exactly does Valinia say when you say "elf scalps" to her?
    EDIT: I think I found the problem. (Although if you still want to give me answers to the above questions, that may help confirm I'm solving the right problem.)

    Offline Mode, Blood River Outskirts

    I am at the part where Phineas Drumplemouth is demand elf scalps as proof of allegiance. For the Light Path Valenia does not give fake scalps; for the Dark Path, the corrupted elves don't yield up scalps.

    No scalps, no quest progression.

    Is this happening in the online mode as well?
