Come for Tea!! It's the Summer Tea and this year it's in a new location

June 11th

3 p.m. NBT

We are going to have our tea at the seashore of a beautiful tropical island
owned by Asmodi M'hul
There will be a party game of course, and riddles...always riddles
there will be cake and prizes
there will be food and drink
Aslinne Gradh will be playing the lute for us (she didn't think her harp would like the beach sand)

Thank you to Justyn for the beautiful decorations and to Asmodi M'Hul for the setting on the beach. I enjoyed my summer tea on the beach. Gollyball has been hatched, and the rules are being developed as I type this. Hopefully there will be a rulebook in little while. Meanwhile enjoy your summer season. We shall meet again for tea in September. Date to be announced

in my back garden in Jade Valley at my cottage beside the Hall of Enquiry and Learning
*I'll make a public group so everyone can find us and I will announce on Universal chat when we begin

We will enjoy some riddles. Come prepared!
We listen to the lovely music of the harp
and occasionally we giggle. Well, okay that may happen occasionally.

And there is cake. Of course. Baked just for you.

I will wear my most high tea of high tea clothes and possibly nibble at something

I was quite happy that i took time to come to the latest party. I had fun albeit i was tired. But the conversation and games were fun. Thank you for having such a wonderful gathering.

If possible I'd like to go ahead and reserve next summer's slot for tea on the beach again.

What is Gollyball?

 

I would really like you to continue to announce the tea parties. Unfortunately I can't access the only event tab I could find in your discord channel. Not sure which spot to put in my request.

 

It is a new game I've come up with using a fishing net and the gustball. Much of the rules are based on the game of beach volleyball. We had fun at the first official game and found out some issues that had to be addressed but I think the rules are all set now. I'm just writing up a rule book and will have it in game before the next gust ball games!!

 

Your request is noted. Yes. Playing gollyball, eating, drinking and generally enjoying ourselves was wonderful. I look forward to the next session.

 

The Quaint Winter Tea will be held this year on the 10th of December, 2023

The quaint winter tea will be held in my back garden this afternoon from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m. There will be riddles and prizes, drink and food, and a bit of a respite from all the activities of the season.

As well:

Wanda Walker has wandered away from her family again and has been reportedly sighted in Jade Valley! Please help find her.

Let Lily Byrd know in game where you spotted Wanda by sending a letter or whispering in chat. There is a small reward for spotting her available every day from now until New Years Eve.

 

Just a reminder that there will be tea tomorrow afternoon. And cake. And games. And riddles. Come join us at 3 p.m. NBT I will announce the location of tea in game at the start of the tea because there is a surprize for you all!!

 

3 pm NBT +7 so that would be 22.00 for me on Sunday.

After I stayed up yesterday for the St. Patricksdayparty that started at 02.00 EU-time in the middle of the night and with me having to get out of bed for work on Monday morning at 05.00.

Sorry, that would be too much sleep deprivation in a row for me, so that I have to pass your event this time.

Edit: Asmodi claims in u chat that it is not 22.00 but 21.00 for me due to NBT having summertime and being +6 and not the usual +7. Which means I would be able to attend.
