For missing items you are best off sending an email to support@shroudoftheavatar.com The response will not be immediate but they will get it resolved. Before contacting them I suggest logging back in and checking your inventory again, I've had items go missing before (usually during a transfer such as taking from a chest or doing a trade) and they have always shown up after a relog. Also make sure you are filtering your inventory by 'dirt' since I think the item name is dirt paver not dirt path.
