Upon logout got error that I had not finished the tutorial, but am veteran player

    There is a relatively new popup when you log out asking for our feedback on the game. When it comes up it has a message that I did not finish the new player tutorial and wants to know why I didn't finish it. Well, since I am a veteran player I actually did do it but over five years ago. Whatever flag you are checking to see if we did the tutorial is not set correctly for me, for some reason. Please fix this.
