[Fix Needs Testing] Deco in my Town Stone Arena Basement stairwell returned to bank

    Details: Not sure when this occurred, but all the deco in my arena basement has been returned to my bank. The deco in all of the main rooms is still there, and only have returned the deco in the stairwells.

    @Alley Oop this just happened last night, or at least i just noticed it, and I am not able to place any deco as of right now. just tested.
