Firelotus no email to my kickstarter account

    Tried twice but it won't send an the email to my kickstarter email account so I can link the 2 accounts

    I've been trying on and off since I received the SotA update email yesterday. It seems to have worked for some people but I'm not receiving the email to link the two either.

    Mine has now worked, took about 12 requests for the email but it came through. Guess their servers are busy... heh, oops.

    Thanks for the information. My wife and I are also having this same problem and it's good to know that the team is aware of it and working towards a resolution.

    Do you know if there will be an email notification sent once the issue has been resolved?

    I tryed over 10 times on Opera but after i changed to firefox it woked instandly
