During R6, Avatar’s Radio, Avatar's Circle and Lord Andernut will be hosting the event, Tampering with the Towers, to celebrate the grand opening of both the new Avatar’s Radio website, and Avatar's Circle Opening its doors to the community! Avatar's Radio has come a long way since we first hacked into the Tesla Tower back in February of this year. We started off small, with only a few listens but have been building the numbers over the last few months. So, as a way to say thank you to our listeners, we’re holding an in game event during R6!


Avatar's Radio, Avatar's Circle and Lord Andernut are proud to be sponsor's of the event, and as part of the celebrations, we are going to be giving away a bunch of prizes in celebration of both release 6, and Tampering with the Towers!!

The Prizes we are going to be giving away are;

The prize give away, will take place the 22nd, 23rd and 24th of May, the first 3 days of R6. To be in for a chance to win, simply tune into Avatar's Radio, at http://avatarsradio.com/ and listen into to hear the 'Que to Call.' ok, so we don't have a call in feature just yet, but we're working on it! So, instead, once you hear the Que to call, make sure to listen in, as we will be asking a trivia question on air. Then, just head on over to the competition thread we will be opening up the morning of R6, over at Avatar's Circle, HERE and make a post. The first person to post correctly, will win the amazing prize thats up for grabs!

The trivia question, is to test your knowledge of Shroud of the Avatar, and the absolutely amazing community that has built up around it, to support the development of a truly amazing game!

The que to call each day, will be played some time during the following time blocks. We can't say the exact time, or that would just be too easy now. Please note, all times are listed in CST, central standard time (GMT -5).

11 am - 1 pm

3 pm - 5 pm

7 pm - 9 pm

I just saw the new website this morning; it looks great, but the flash music player won't work on my iPhone so I can't listen at work.

 

Yeah, still working on the 'mobile' version of the site, and trying to find a way to work around the iOS flash thing.. hopefully soon(tm)!

However being our first major promotion, there has been some teething problems as we try to iron out a few things. And due to that, we are having to make an amendment to original disclaimer that was posted with the competition. The section in question is point 2. This was initial written when a slightly different version of the promotion was being planned. Unfortunately, we missed updating this single section when we changed the promotion. We felt updating it part way through the day would be unfair, so waited until the last give away had been completed for the day, before making the changes. Please see the amended version below The original post has been updated to reflect this change as well.
