    Try being bitten by an inch ant, that are highly irritating (in both senses of the word), not sure which was worse, bull ants in Melbourne or the Inch Ants here :(

    Hey, I'm from Brisbane! Visitors to our spider-infested city take note: always check your boots before you put them on, and always check under the toilet seat before you sit down. Those giant spiders on the way to the bandit cave look pretty local...

    I use to live in Melbourne. Would love to move back there as it's my favouite place in the world to be. So many fantastic memories.

    Was very sad to hear they are demolishing The Palace Theatre. I spent many nights in that place; many of which I don't remember too well.

    What is it with Aussies and online RPG's? haha, when I used to play NWN2 online feverishly, I ended up joining a guild called "True Balance" that was primarily Aussies! Since I lived in the states, there was a bit of a time difference issue unless I was playing really late into the AM hours (which was typical ;))

    I'm a bit slow to catch up on this thread, and I did not know that The Palace was being turned into apartments. My favourite gig was The Violent Femmes 1990. A three piece band that got that beautiful space jumping.

    Back to OP - I'm in Sydney. Originally a Balwyn boy; now in Sydney via Adelaide.

    It'd be great to share the maps that reflect our timezone.
