It's been a long time since I've had to wait for the right timing to enter a moongate to get to where I was going.... and I can't believe I can remember something that long ago... So thanks for reminding me how many years less I have to live Cannibal Clown So now I'm probably testing a game that will outlive me

Come on, Time Lord! Long after we are all gone, and the next generation of players will be enjoying Shroud of the Avatar, they will still be talking about you

But yeah, we definitely need some sort of way to recall home

We still have a long way to go, and quite frankly I like the time they spent polishing the graphics in R6

I am also asking to implement a house recall or have something like a house recall scroll or rune. This could be also player made by crafting. If you forgot your home location/town you have no chance to find it. It could be also a small information in your journal in which location the house is.

 

If you've lost where your home is, the best solution is the location stored in your journal or on your character sheet. it can be stored as a hex location and a scene location. Get me home quick spells, as runes or scrolls, are exploitable. If my home is across the world I can easily bypass game mechanics such as choke points by using a recall. Or the situation where I'm gathering in a pvp zone and its time to leave. I can bypass any threat of loosing what I gathered by zapping out.

 

I would like a book to mark locations into. Then be able to get back to them by following a glowing path trail. Kind of a GPS system. Can always find your house, friends houses, good vendors, etc. Make it a low level spell if needed for immersion.
