Donated Citizen Level Two Month Ago - No Dev Forum Access

    I donated a while ago and still have no access. Where do I go to get that set up?

    HELP! Still no access!

    Thanks.. I did so, but havent heard a word back. I think its an empty email.

    ANY MODS HERE!? Please help!

    Emailing is the recommended option as there is a lot of forum posts for them to see these and respond to support issues. They also may need information from you which should not be discussed in public. I imagine they most likely missed your email or are working a backlog.

    You can also try sending a message through the forums to FireLotus or RusticDragon. I don't think the Mods can help you with access problems, which needs Portalarium to validate your account and correct the issue.

    Emailing is your best route. You should have received an automated response within a minute or two of your initial email. After that, it should only take a couple of days. I will leave your report open for @FireLotus to look into.
