I am reading the war of the roses right now and so this is quite appropriate

How so?
The War of the Roses started a few years after the end of the Hundred Year's War, and Henry V died some 30 years prior to that date.

 

Actually the book I'm reading explains that all the seeds for the war were sewn after the death of Richard II.

So it includes the whole time period after that with Henry V and through to Henry VI, Edward IV and Warwick..

Since you seem like a historical buff Rufus, did you enjoy "The Hollow Crown" 4-parter ? Richard II, Henry IV part 1 and 2 and Henry V.

I thought it was amazing.
