Tracy Hickman Book Question

Hello fellow adventurers.

I know I am just overlooking it but I have seen it mentioned somewhere. Wasnt the first chapter of the book released for preview?

I cannot find it anywhere

The book is more or less done. If it's included in your pledge level you'll find a download link for it on your account page. Go the SotA home page, make sure you're logged in and click on your account. You should find the link near the bottom.

 

Ya I was looking but I didnt see it. I will look again.

It should just be in the description when you click on the book icon in the add-on page.

 

Ah I see upon looking again that the digital download of the book is for Founder pledges only.

 

Well I think anything beyond $25 pledge at the bottom of the page says you get the digital download of the novel I think. Under Exclusive Founder Rewards.
So does that mean I will get a copy of it once I have made $25 worth of payments on my pledge? But with the $20 Alienware deal and the first payment I already made I should be over that.

So really im a bit confused now.

 

Pledges fall under two categories. Founder pledges were made during the kickstarter campaign through about 1 month or so afterwards. Benefactor pledges came after founder pledges were closed.

 

Oh I see. Ok that makes sense now.
So I will still need to buy that as an addon or buy it I assume at Amazon or something when it released or is it exclusive here?

 

I don't recall if we have the particulars. I assume it won't be exclusive. I see no reason why it should be.. but it should also be available here I imagine.
