Where is the guide in the Shuttered Eye tower?

Where is the guide in the Shuttered Eye tower? I found the one outside hidden in the little nitch but the inside one is eluding me. This is the last one I kneed to find.

The guide is at the very top of the tower, you'll need to either fight your way up, or run to the top and quickly speak to the guide. There's a lich and his host in the way. Good luck!

 

yep, one of my guys survived and was actually able to run back down; the other got to ghost her way out. Can't wait till I'm stronger and can actually fight my way up the tower

 

Well I went back to train 3 levels worth of raising and when I went back to the greymark forest to find the tour guide I thought I'd be much stronger but guess what so were the skeletons. I have never found the tour guide again after dying before clicking on him and the spawn is horrendous in that area.

 

I was able to run past the Boss and and get to the top. There are a few rooms up there but I still didn't see him.

 

he's in one of the two rooms in the corner/s near the doorway

 

Finally found him he is hard to see in the dark.

 

All the way at the top. I made a mad dash for it and made it on the third try. The spawning in the swamp outside though.... that needs some fixing. Just giant packs of bears, spiders, and skeletons everywhere.

 

editing: now that I have found him finally, pesky little critter!!!

 

This scene is a bit overwhelming, there are simply too many monsters/creatures. My machine started to lag because of the line of 100 skeletons waiting for me as I ran in. I made a mad dash to the top with who knows what following me. I think the Lich and a few dozen skeletons where chasing me down like a rabbit. I could hear all sorts of rattling behind me, but couldn't take the second to look back and see who was on me. I did the scene solo and barely made it. I don't see how you could actually fight your way to the top. I was in the Augmented Plate Armor and barely made it out of there.

I think having the monsters cranked to a 11 is a bit much. That scene it totally out of balance to actually play and fight in.

 

I tried to fight my way up a few times with a level 11 character and was making little progress.

So then I built a healing-only deck with a ton of focus. I just sprinted upstairs (I think it's seven levels) and keep healing myself. I died just a second after I clicked on the tour guide. It was a blast.

 

LOL they didn't want it to be too easy is what they said, they succeeded

 

Still at starting level, made it to the top dodging and jumping, luckily someone cleared the way just before I came in...liche at top, but I keep getting killed cant even see the tour guide yet

 

The 100 skeleton thing was a respawn bug that should be fixed in the patch this morning.

 

ya would be nice if it was a bit more soloable think i'll spend tommrow grinding out some levs and gold to buy a lot then see how it goes on sunday

 

No need to figHt anything. i did it naked with no new levels... Took me two tries: first to find him on the top floor in the room on the right. After dying i respawned and ran right oast the mobs and clicked it. Done!

 

I am confused - i did not have to enter it - It says ( Exterior ) of the Tower if i read it.

I just had to find in a Corner the empty run down house and he was Standing there.

 

To complete the R12 tour ?

There is a Tour Guide at the top of the tower as well.

I actually had more trouble finding the one outside. On first attemt I went into the tower and went straight to the top. Got lucky and picked the right door and clicked the guide. Died durring our little chat though.

Thought I was done so went to a differnt guide to claim my prize and he said I still needed to get the exterior one. Ran back and looked for a bit. Seen two guys running off so I followed them hoping that one was leading the other to the guide. Thankfully I was correct and was able to collect my hat
