EDIT- Just now realized that there are only 28 days in every NB Month. Yay for re-reading posts!

Agreed, I'm curious about this as well.

If Pre-Release counts in Novian History, then as of this writing (5/27/15, 9pm NBT), I calculate the NB Calendar to be at 'December 2nd, 461 P.C'.' (give or take a few days, I calculated from 12am on 1/1/13).

Now I'm going to need to research more on Avatar lifespans. :p

    ------

Amusing Side-Note: If natural human lifespan is, roughly, 60-80 years, do we get to see a new set of human NPCs every 2.3 - 3.06 years? ;)

Also, do New Britannian Humans technically have a longer lifespan in years, since there's only 336 days in them?

Again, this assumes I'm calculating correctly.

    Can someone clarify this:

Skill Limits: We have removed the innate skill limits and replaced this with level based limits on all skills.

Does that mean you need to be level x before you can put points into, say, a tier 3 skill (like, say, Fireball)?

Yes it does. For now however we actually are not using the numbers to test against this so there are effectively no limits.

i can see kilts can potentially be added to multiple of these categories. - epic leather, fortified leather. fortified cloth. - depending on the type of kilts you wish to have. personally, i'd love to see battle kilts, that are both epic/fortified leather/cloth, and regular cloth be the 'formal kilts' with the tartans.
so here's the question: are they coming soon-ish? i'm getting bored with my merchant skirt! at the very least, could you add the merchant skirt to the list of dyable items, in R19?

I like that we already make history in NB. Time to calculate back, when things happend in the early releases. So we can party 100 years of avatarsradio and PaxLair and mazes and such stuff. Excited.

I remember the resource gathering bug forced you to disable the gather again option and stated it would be available for R18. no mention in the patch notes so is it enabled yet? Thanks for all the exciting new changes and cant wait for Dyes in R19!

I guess I will have to wait and test but just in case someone know:"Is death shield fixed? Is healing grace more nerfed than the 10% of all the other healing spells?"

Any chance we'd get an update on the 'Telekom/Pelican' - issue? It's been nearly two weeks since @Chris has stated he'd contact Codero and constantly dropping out of game somewhat turns the Grand Tour Hat-Quest into a tax to your patience :(

So much other stuff in the update I forgot somehow also about the meticulous collection issue! Glad it is apparently back in action :) Looks like plenty of interesting stuff to check out in this release, thinking of the combat and new spawning system straightaway, armour variations as well, and hmm all that other stuff after :p All that work going in is appreciated!

Greetings. Is R18 now up on the server? After the update, SOTA's launcher tells me I have no internet service after attempting to connect. However, I have tested it and do have an internet connection. Anyone else with a similar challenge?

    The point of this MMO?

See how many huge advances they do every month.

Thank you Portalarium, for another release to be proud of.

We need to seriously talk about localization, tho. :p

It was saying it was in R17 on the launcher, not R18. I thought maybe it hadn't released yet but I was able to log in just fine.

Can you please post this issue in the bug forums? Programmers won't see it here.
