Field Dressing - Survey Skill not increasing as expected

    Title: Field Dressing - Survey Skill not increasing as expected
    Reproduction Rate: Only have one Character so cant reproduce
    Blocker? Yes
    Details: Field Dressing Survey skill gain at about 1/6 of Swift Gathering Skill Gain
    Steps to Reproduce: Harvesting lots of bodies Ratio of Field Dressing Survey Skill / Swift GAthering Skill seems constant
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (6.1.7601) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2500K CPU @ 3.30GHz (4) System RAM: 16359
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti GPU RAM: 977
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.370.Date.01.29.16
    Area: OwlsHead
    Loc: (76.3, 71.4, 59.0)


    Again assuming this is a bug as the Field Dressing Survey Skill no longer has a similar gain to swift gathering. (Again this may be deliberate but looks like a bug)

    Just for Clarification:

    Field Dressing: Field Dressing Proficiency @44
    Survey Field Dressing @5
    Swift Gathering Field Dressing@44

    The Survey Field Dressing is not actually increasing at all / The two skills at 44 are

    Survey Field Dressing (although it's worthless) IS, however, gaining for me just fine.
    In fact, I locked it at 44 because I forgot to lock it earlier. But here it is:
