Fatal Falling damage leaving Baron house in Resolute

Title: 352 damage from coming out the side entrance of the Benefactor Baron player house
Reproduction Rate: I did reproduce it twice, but only works if you start from the top floor stairs (stairs are all on the same side of the house that you exit from.

Details: upon exiting the side entrance from a Benefactor Baron house in Resolute (down 3 steps narrow door), I received 352 points of falling damage to my death.
Steps to Reproduce: Tolly Lardbottom's house in Resolute - come down the stairs from the third floor, down the second floor stairs and then out the side door stairs. You die on the doorstep as you leave the house.

Same deal for me in Blackbear Cove, only it happens when I exit my Town-sized lot with a Lord Marshal's four-story home on it. I've done this twice now.
